Great video. What’s the best way to offset a 4K notch that prevents deep silent meditation?

Thank you for all the information you provide. Of course I finish you videos to the end! They aren't that long, and you are giving good info and not just talking to sell a product.
I'm in San Francisco, CA. Have had tinnitus for a number of years. How many? Not sure, but I think it started after one of my few air flights, so it could be 8 years ago. My ears always plug badly on the descent. That worsened with each flight. Yes, I tried all the suggested ways of unplugging. Those worked at first but then stopped. At first, my ears would clear within 30 minutes of being on ground. The last time, they took 12-14 hours to pop clear. Now I take a decongestant as soon as I board. That helps. So I think my tinnitus is connected to Eustachian tube. I try my best to ignore the high pitch ringing. Most of the time I can, but sometimes it gets very loud. When I have a glass of wine, white wine in particular, I get a stuffy nose and the ringing gets louder. So there's a connection to my sinuses as well. And... also to my nervous system. Once, I attended an online healing session for the nervous system. I expected it to be a bunch of baloney, but thought I'd try it. Something happened about 15 minutes into the session. The loud ringing I had, calmed down steadily until I could barely hear it. I was amazed. It stayed down for 3 days.
I had the two Pfizer Covid vaccines. Those may have affected the tinnitus, but it eventually subsided. I will get the booster.

My severe T started on March 10, 2021. I was doubly vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine in August 2021. The vaccine had absolutely no affect on my T. If anything, it reduced my stress level and I've actually had some T free days! Please, don't be afraid. Get the vaccine! xo

I'm from Canada. Like others I watch your channel to keep up to date. My Tinnitus started 4 months ago for no apparent reason and in just right ear. I had wax build up but had it removed and still have T. The first month I'd say 7/10 loudness but now the loudest it gets is 3 or 4 out of 10.

I’m really glad I found you. I’ve been suffering with a mild case of tinnitus for over 30 years. I Can’t point to any trigger since it crept up on my so slowly it was probably several years after it started that I was aware of the high frequency sound. However, I’n the last few months my tinnitus volume has increased a lot. I was hoping Dr Shore’s device was available. I met Susan in 2018 when we were on the same Road Scholar trip to Montreal & Quebec. Our discussions gave me hope that some relief was coming from her research soon. Wish there was some way to assist her in bring the Oracle to market. Based on your mention of the Neosensory bi-modal device I tried it for 30 days but for me there was no relief or change.

Thanks

I am from Argentina, it has been about two years since I started with the high-pitched buzzing in both ears, lauder in the right one.
I am a composer and have been playing the piano since 18 years old.
I am treating myself with a a doctor referring of tinnitus in my country, without much success, the truth is, I doctor relates it a lot to the fact of having made music all these years, especially with headphones. And it can be so. But I don't play in a band every weekend, I go to very few concerts a year ... well, since the pandemic to none. I also measured the decibel level that I work with in my home studio and my loudest music goes up to 53 decibels, including ambient. And the truth is that I do not live from music so I manage to dedicate 3 hours a day and 5 or 6 on the weekend.
Making music is my ground wire, it's my passion, and the doctor forcefully tells me that I can't do it anymore.
So I'm a bit lost ... I noticed that my tinnitus got worse when the pandemic started, with the question of strict quarantine and all the changes and uncertainties that this generated. I don't know if the level of my tinnitus actually has more to do with a stressful situation that lasts over time.
So looking for information and opinions on the subject, I found your channel that treats tinnitus from many aspects and with different treatment approaches. And that also allows me to become aware of the news about the development of drugs and technologies that aim to treat tinnitus ... although these in Argentina, if they ever arrive, will take a long, long time.
So I wanted to thank you and congratulate you for the channel and the content you promote and the great help it is for those of us who suffer from this distressing symptom.

I've been vaccinated with both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines 6 months apart and they had no effect on my tinnitis. If anything, the tinnitis is less bothersome. I assume that's a coincidence and not a result of being vaccinated. My tinnitis started in June of 2020 accompanied by severe vertigo. After several visits to 3 providers, it seems to have been vestibulitis.

Ben, would you know if the Neosensory bracelet you receive is a NEW one or a USED and returned one (a rental one)? Do they have any warranty? I don't see one on their website and I'm afraid the product could fail after the 30 day free trial. Are the video consultations included in the 250 a month option? Is it really a 30 full day trail or more like from the moment you order to the moment they receive it back? I want to buy one but these questions are stopping me

I´m a Mexican dealing with this new noise in my brain. In October 2021 I had bad back pain that was treated with a lot of ototoxic medicines, after the treatment I started listening to this sound in my right ear. After several doctors, I heard this sad phrase "you have to be used to live with this sound in your ear". After some reflection time, for some random search, I found this fantastic page. I must say that after two days of listening to your great information, I learned a lot about this condition. I´m starting with the 7-days meditation challenge, I feel more positive and I´m sure I´m going to overcome these tough moments. Thank you for your time and all the effort/h(ear)t put in this video. Abrazos from México
