ITALIAN EXCELLENCE GALA - LOS ANGELES

On 8 December, Los Angeles hosted the Italian Excellence Gala, an event organized by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West in the framework of the Extraordinary Italian Taste campaign, organized and promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development and Assocamerestero.
The event focused on the excellence of Italian food and wine, with the skilful hands of Chef Fabio Ugoletti (a former instructor at the ALMA cooking school) and Chef Parker creating a sensory voyage discovering some of the best Italian products.
Guest stars: Alessandro Del Piero, Danilo Gallinari, and Denny Mendez.
