This is the story of the first learning team. Learning Teams are from the original work of Dr Todd Conklin. Learning Teams were first published by Dr Todd Conklin in the 2016 book Better Questions - An Applied Approach to Operational Learning ISBN 9781472486134 and subsequently by Brent Sutton, Glynis McCarthy and Brent Robinson in the 2020 book "The Practice of Learning Teams", ISBN 979-8665374321 with foreward by Dr Todd Conklin.
