Why wouldn’t you just measure the angle of inclination and then use the tangent function for that particular angle, in order to find the horizontal distance?

Suppose RL is 50 and BS reading on BM is 1.000 then HI is 51 and after take 3 reading of IS now is i want to take FS reading and BS Reading.
So after taking Bs Reading our new HI is 52. Its all first day reading.
On next day i want to check all reading.
From our 1st HI to 2nd Hi.
so how can i check it.
