I'm often asked to film sewalongs and thought the Friday Pattern Company skirt set was a good opportunity to do just that. It is a super simple sew, great for beginners or for experienced sewers who want to whip up something quickly. It is incredibly comfortable, thanks to the elasticated waistband at the back, and lovely and easy to wear plus it will take you through all of the seasons. In this video I'll show you step by step how to sew the Saturday skirt set skirt including sewing the pockets, the elasticated waistband, the sides seams and hem and how to attach the waistband to the skirt. I'll give you lots of tips and advice along the way too.
