The Pinnacle TV tuner line was sold to Hauppauge. Pinnacle is no longer developing these tuners.

For install on Ubuntu press Alt + F2 on keyboard and type totem channels.conf and press enter on keyboard

you should split if off though because this lags i think its around half second lag which, depends on the game could mean your dead, if your playing a shooter game

no they are encryped you could cnnect your box to this via the video cables like svidio and sound though and use your computer like a screen

what's the recording format ? (Video / Audio) i have an internal WinFast TV 2000 XP RM and can record any video / Audio codec you want like you sellect them from the installed list (DivX,H.264 etc) acn this box do too?

i've had a similar product from pinnacle and it is complete trash...this was on xp so i don't know if the software was better on vista or not but i do not suggest any tuner card unless its internal pci or pci-e...and when i contacted pinnacle for tech support to see if there was anything i was missing or doing wrong they said that they could only help me if i paid for tech support either 1 call or 3 months...wtf?

What's awesome is usually over the air is better quality than the compressed crap coming from most cable and satellite providers. I have a 20'' monitor and hoping to get a 22'' so it would be perfect :D
