Welcome to Atchison Cove, a lake community located on the northern point of Candlewood Lake in the town of Sherman, CT just 90 minutes north of Manhattan.

Atchison Cove is a tax district with over 55 homes with a mix of full-time and part-time residents. Taxes paid to the community cover maintenance of their amenities including a sand beach, club house, dock space, and magnificent lake vistas. Atchison Cove is just over 30 minutes from the 684/84 exchange near Southeast, NY, 4 minutes from the closest local grocery store (Sherman IGA), 3-5 minutes from the closest bar/restaurant (The Painted Lemon, American Pie Company), and 12 minutes to the closest gas station (XPress Fuel).
