Let's go!
ОтветитьBoosted, rt, always a fan.
Ответить…To congressmen and senators… why not have both stocks and crypto so everybody is happy…
ОтветитьWho are their dumbass “legal experts”? Shit, even people without law degrees can see the massive level of bullshit going on here. If the SEC wins, it isn’t going to be on merit.
ОтветитьThe US has been chosen to be financially destroyed. Our demise as a country has been decided a long time ago. The people who control the world do not want more Americans getting rich and our government is in on it. The goal is to get us Americans behind everyone else. The Globalists want us to be a 3rd world country.
ОтветитьRegulation? Anyone but Scam Gary Gensler
ОтветитьAlways on it Frank. Wish brad would have discussed the fact that holders have been halted from trading in the US, when the SEC could write a letter to exchanges to allow trade until a decision is made. I mean, come on we have a dog coin trading on coinbase!
ОтветитьWhen Bloomberg said the sec will win. You know Brad wanted to say more! Lol
ОтветитьCFTC
ОтветитьBrad the garlinghouse
ОтветитьNo lawyers tell the truth ever. So it could be now or Dec 2022 or maybe never! This is settled in my opinion and if it is, Shame on Ripple for dragging it on with the Sec. If it come down to the world was not quite ready. Well! take Ethereum off the exchanges.
ОтветитьI wanted to say CFTC, but I'm starting to think there alot more shady people in all this so I'm going to have to say an all new agency would be best.
ОтветитьFrank clear concise info keep up good work il follow you more and promote you more xrp army
ОтветитьChange the narrative from " SEC stifling inovation" to SEC protecting the FIAT legacy system! 🤮🤮🤮
ОтветитьWere I the Ripple team, I would close all Ripple connections and Xrp conversions commercial licences from American government agencies and it's associates. Place global bans against the corrupt American financial alliances, and the 🇺🇸 dollar.
ОтветитьHave a new worldwide body work globally with Ripple. If American crime doesn't want to join them...they have no voice in the new systems.
ОтветитьDissolve the SEC.
ОтветитьAll the SEC deserve the CAPITAL PURNISHMENT.
ОтветитьHey Bloomberg !!!!!! F$&k your FUD !!!!!guess what I’m buying more baby XRP to the MOON
ОтветитьSo how is it that their legal analysts said Ripple will lose the case, but Ripples law firm back in 2014 or whenever it was said it was not a security, and also multiple other countries saying it is not a security.
ОтветитьI still don't see the merch shelf.
ОтветитьI think she said Bradley Garlinghouse
ОтветитьGreat video as always thanks Frank and I chose the cftc to regulate.
ОтветитьI think my dog would do a far better job than the SEC and Gary the sleaze ball Gensler
ОтветитьRemember - cryptocurrency is money. Follow the money. And anybody other than Garry Gensler should be responsible for cryptocurrency.
ОтветитьWho should police/regulate Crypro? Probably the CFTC, but where does the corruption end? Not sure it does end. Clayton and then Ginsler have collectively made an unholy mess of things, and deliberately so. It looks to me like the Bloomberg interview was a publicity stunt. See how she slipped several negatives in, like their lawyers think that the SEC is going to win?
They are not working towards the betterment of the Crypto Industry, but for the continued Status Quo of the current financial system with big money having a stranglehold on the finance industry. Ripple, XRP and Crypto in general threatern that. I'm finding it hard to figure why Brad even agreed to talk to them. Maybe just so his face is out there defending Ripple?
I believe xrp is going to go up the next bull run… regardless of lawsuit or not.
ОтветитьHere’s what I can’t figure out… let’s say the SEC does win-unlikely-but for argument sake:
How do you rectify a token being treated as a currency in other countries and a security in the US? I just don’t see how that process can work effectively. Because of this alone, I don’t see it being declared a security. Even if the courts say yes, I think congress will ultimately pass regulation calling it a currency. And I think it will be figured out by the end of the year. Well, definitely hope heavily.
Also, crypto propels is further into a world economy-so yeah-need a new group to regulate it-it needs to be…like NATO, but for crypto.
ОтветитьTHX
ОтветитьI think neither, comunities should regulate themselves. You see CFTC or SEC chairs can be replaced, and plant people that will make the "right decision". Looking in to US specifically, their payment systems appear to be very outdated against the rest of the world. One would think they want that friciton to earn fees. Either way, comunities can regulate themselves i.e. XRPL validator providers could vote on buringn ripple labs XRP (I dont think that stash should be bruned), ETH/BTC miners can vote on propsed changes also. The problem is, if we automatically assume we need government regs - we dont have the discussion of why it is needed...perhaps it isnt needed.
In terms of blomberg - I try to skip over thos types of presentations as that dont go in to much detail, and im a detail person. For exmaple, XRP and the XRPL existed before ripple labs did, so how could it be a security of ripple labs. Many of the presenters are very much uninformed, and so are the regulators.
I HAVE A GENUINE QUESTION........WHY DOESN'T RIPPLE MOVE TO EUROPE OR ASIA AND GROW FROM THERE?
ОтветитьCFTC
ОтветитьThat’s why I’m getting my dual citizenship as a safety net. Start a company in my dads native country and then gift my xrp to that country
ОтветитьShe reads very well.
She should train Brandon how to read a monitor.
That was the plan all along. The wealthy has been siphoning out trillion at our expense. That was the transfer of wealth from us to them..jokes on us. Ripple is probably a partner with the SEC
