In this installment of Ask Jital, we ask Jital Patel (OTR/L, CFPS, DRP) from Coastal Occupational Therapy to show us her favorite tips for ensuring we have proper posture when sitting in our cars.

A few tips:

__ Be sure you can see over the steering wheel
__ Sit far enough (10 inches) away from the steering wheel
__ Make sure heel can sit firmly on the floorboard when pushing the gas and brake pedals
