Ricoh GR II issue

I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my beloved Ricoh GR II.
It's a rather old camera that used to bring me joy, I wish I could get it to work again. It doesn't appear to be the "sticky shutter" syndrome, although I'm no expert and it could be related. What would you do?
