In this video, Mike from Spudboys and I head out on a trip that starts with a journey from Newport, South Wales to Gatwick. Along the way, Scott joins us after travelling down from Nottingham, and we’re all set to explore Rome.

We arrived late but didn’t let that stop us from making the most of it. After a midnight arrival in the Eternal City, we spent the first hour wandering through the empty streets, taking in the quiet atmosphere of Rome at night. Afterwards, hunger kicked in, so we grabbed an Uber to the closest McDonald’s before heading back to check into our accommodation—a caravan park called Roma Camping in Town, where we’ll be staying for the next five nights.
