The Northern Circuit - Flying on a Dash 8-100 in the REMOTE Northeast of Norway!

Join me as I fly Widerøe on a circuit route around the Varanger Peninsula in the Northeast of Norway.

The five flights operated by a Dash 8-100 took me from Kirkenes (KKN) through Vardø (VAW), Båtsfjord (BJF), Berlevåg (BVG) and Vadsø (VDS) back to Kirkenes.

This region features some interesting short runways and sometimes challenging weather conditions. The routes up here are subsidized by the Norwegian government through a schema called PSO (Public Service Obligations): https://www.wideroe.no/en/fly-with-us/pso-routes.
