What is Fairy Kei? || A Japanese Fashion Transformation

hi! just for future reference, instead of saying "a fairy kei" as a proper noun, you should say "a fairy kei girl/boy/kid" or just "a fairy" casually. Fairy kei describes the style, it doesn't name someone who wears the style. I can understand this mistake though since "lolita" both describes the style and names someone who wears it.
