Does anyone know the equivalent London session times, similar to Furures, but instead for FX traders living in Europe who want to use the same framework as lCT reveals in this livestream? --

For example (in GMT+1 UK time), perhaps 6:30AM-7AM pre-Frankfurt session open, 7AM Frankfurt open, 7:30AM-8AM pre-London session open etc.

On another note, I wonder how the 20min Macros are supposed to fit in with this concept. 😑
