I don't even care about the other changes, just the fact they added skipping champion select is a god send.

Isn't this really...really...really...really...really bad? Players are going to be mixing up their ability in swift play and normal/ranked queue and just be genuinely worse because the handicap is not there. Like this is dangerously awful, no? . This feels like it will absolutely destroy this game. There's no way you can split two communities up so extremely drastically and think this will be fine after a while.

(edit) so i just came back from a game of swift....This is... interesting...
i remember streamers saying 'this will change league' forever.... is this it? I feel like this may actually replace the current system... I always said this game would be better off without item importance, and this may actually be it, and it's in a testing phase.

I honestly don't see both this mode and normal mode co-existing.

I like it, especially the faster pace, but at the moment every game is a stomp for one of the teams. Haven't felt the "easy comeback" part so far 😕

Swiftplay is the most rigged pile of trash I have ever played in my entire life. This is the worst thing league has done, and if they start rigging their game this bad in other modes there's no way in hell i'm ever touching this game again.

This probably does more harm than good for new players. Like what's gonna happen when they go to draft and don't get 2k gold first back? I don't see how making this a "real mode" instead of an RGM does any good for new players.

The only pvp game mode I played in LoL, is Quickplay. RIP. I think Swiftplay is nice, but i hate that they completely removed Quickplay. I don't want to play games with 'turbo' rules - i just want to skip champion select.

I really enjoyed quickplay, sad to see it go.

People are extremely toxic in this mode. I haven't seen so many death threats in a while. In previous quick play people were chill even if someone fed like crazy.

So they looked at DotA 2's Turbo Mode and copied it, by no one's surprise...

Swiftplay is actually way more fun than regular league. Feels way more balanced, tbh

Does anyone knows if in this mode, the champions that you select to play with, will have the chance to repeat in the enemy team? Or do you not get to play against your own selected champion?

I think is the BEST mode that you can play League of Legends. Brings us all to the roots of the game. In time the games became unbalanced and a lot of wasting time. Now I will play only this mode, no more ranked games for me! <3

I hate this so much, ever since they introduced quickplay, I just want to play the game from time to time without getting my champ banned, I don't wanna play a whole other game smh

There still should be some form of either quickplay or old normals with champ select/drafts.

i just hate it, my team is far ahead, and somehow at 15 minutes both teams get even both in levels and items. Not fair

IMO, there should be only ranked game(solo ranked game and free ranked game) for summer's rift. And lane selection should be more flexible. Like the player can choose all lane except Jungle. So, que can be faster. And, no need to dodge because you are placed at the wrong position.If someone want faster game, then there is aram.
