bootlooping on my lot here is random on two different phones I got (moxee m2160 and ans ul40), the method that works for me is removed the battery, plug in the phone for a few minutes, put the battery in, and wait another minute, and it may or may not bootloop, and both devices work and I sold the ans ul40
