PCR's have up to 97% percent false positive rate when it comes to coronavirus. Paternity DNA test trying to translate RNA structure - good luck with that. Same test being used for HIV since 80's. Just sayin'.

Getting hbsag non reactive from Chemiluminescence immunoassay method.
And getting value of elisa hbsag 0.8 from Roche e411 but issue is that getting value of 1.7 reactive from elisa Abbott Architect machine... Why it is so?? Can you tell me in detail here or personally. Thanks in advance

Your videos are helpful, however, in this particular video I could not figure out the difference between indirect and competitive ELISA. In both, we add blood serum and the antigen and antibody interaction occurs. Therefore I think it needs more elaboration. Anyway, Keep your good work up!
