Cops in Cali are like that, for no reason… Moved to AZ 20 years ago , huge difference with PD, more respectful even if your in the wrong… Most times will let you off with a warning if you haven’t been pulled over for the same thing in the past. In cali if they use their lights you’re getting a ticket.
