Thank you Tom.
ОтветитьI love this!! I really struggle with thoracic mobility/flexibility and I’m a yoga and Pilates instructor even! Great info and love your channel ❤
ОтветитьYou always make so much sense!
ОтветитьSolid sense! Thanks Tom.
ОтветитьThank you Tom...appreciate the teaching 💯
ОтветитьWhat your opinion about spinal rotations in a deep squat position?
Ответитьfor thoracic mobility
ОтветитьI got pooping shoulder sir , i got pain on right shoulder , it pops almost doing anything especially in 45 degrees
ОтветитьSo would increased thoracic mobility help with overhead squat?
ОтветитьThank you. I've found deadhangs at the end of my workouts to help with my shoulders
ОтветитьI'm glad that I stumbled upon your channel 💪
ОтветитьThoughts about swimming?
ОтветитьExcellent. Is there any age limit to fix this kind of posture? Much appreciated.
ОтветитьActually so helpful!
ОтветитьI’ve been struggling with shoulder in-pigment and partial dislocation for a while. I’ve tried all sorts of rehab and finally stumbled onto the root causes instead of the usual rotator cuff. I thought it was rooted in my shoulder blade mobility but you opened my eyes to thoracic spine mobility something I didn’t even notice until I started stretching it. I got instant relief on my shoulder. Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьKeep the awesome content coming!
ОтветитьIt’s actually limited scapular mobility. Just sayin…
Full shoulder flexion beyond 40 to 45 degrees above horizontal will elevate the scapulae and force the humerus into the acromion…
Good content as usual. Any suggestions how to improve shoulder flexibility when you have deep sockets which causes limitations where improved spine flexibility doesn’t solve the problem?
ОтветитьIs this good for scapular winging?
ОтветитьIt all makes sense !!
ОтветитьShould it be dead or active hangs, or a combination of both? Thanks !
ОтветитьI love how you always tell me I'm wrong, and that fixing everything is simply a matter of changing everything I've ever believed about my body... You make it sound so simple!! I'm here for it EVERY DAY!! ❤️
ОтветитьHanging ?
ОтветитьAllways good.. Tom
ОтветитьHi Tom. I am currently having some pretty bad trap pain. Mostly right side (I have a winging scapula that I'm working on) but it does carry into the left side some. Zenith help clear a LOT of pain but never completely. Any ideas? It's limiting my ability to swivel my head
ОтветитьTruth
ОтветитьDamn, right after sending an email that I may not be able to drive to class.
ОтветитьThe Guvnor.
ОтветитьSpot on. As a swimmer this is exactly what I've done to myself. Those zeneth rotations are so difficult for me now, but Im working on it slowly thanks
ОтветитьMy zenith rotation on right side is really stuck. Feels like rotations don't really help as I can barely move to one direction. Should i keep going or do you recommend something else?
ОтветитьI wish I could hang but my multiple shoulder dislocations have messed up my right shoulder so that the pulling action of hanging makes my
Shoulder feel sore and even less stable. I’ll try these thoracic moves to see if they help.
Hanging gives me major shoulder pain, but I need to improve the thoracic mobility to fix my Shoulders lol
