Just use a pencil sharpener.

They work fine if you don't try
to jam the pencil through it
like you're killing snakes!

Needs to be made of 10000 times folded finest steel hand forged by the thighs of cuban maids. 
Also try and make one for drill bits and you got something proper useful.
