IF YOU'RE READING THIS TO SEE IF IT WORKS, IT DOES!!!!
(while doing this, i try to be on a 200 calorie deficit from my usual intake every day, and i try to do 20-30 minutes of pilates and cardio each day)
day 1: ✅ - it was quite challenging, i had to pause the video a couple of times, but i finished it!
day 2: ✅ - i had to pause the video a few times again, but today was a little bit easier imo. also, i might be delulu, but i feel like i can already see some changes in my lower belly.
day 3: ✅ - i had a rough day today, so i wasn't motivated to do this workout, but i'm glad i still did it. it was easier than yesterday, but probably because i didn't do any workout before doing this one.
day 4: ✅ - i had had to pause the video only twice today, so i'm proud of myself! today was a lot more easier than before, and it also burned a lot more. i start to really enjoy some of the exercises!
day 5: ❌ - today i felt a bit sick, so i skipped the workouts that i usually do :(
day 6: ✅ - i was really unmotivated to work out, but i still did it! i can definitely see the results from this workout, but i'm still far from my goal.
day 7: ❌ - i wasn't at home today, so i couldn't do the workout.
day 8: ✅ - today's workout felt so good! i could feel the burn so bad. i have already tried so many different workouts to make my stomach lose fat, but none of them worked. seeing myself losing fat from my lower belly because of THIS VIDEO gives me so much happiness!!!
day 9: ✅ - i was excited to do this workout today! i had to stop a few times tho :( but it's ok! i'm really excited to see what this workout will do to my belly in the long run!!
day 10: ✅ - day ten, yaaayy! today my mom told me that my belly seems smaller! the workout today was a lot more easier than before. i am also thinking about starting a tight workout from lilly's channel!
day 11: ✅ - today was a lot more easier in every way! when i woke up this morning, my lower belly was literally half as big as it was 11 days ago. so far this workout is changing my whole life without any exaggeration 😻 yesterday i started a leg workout from lilly too!
day 12: ❌ - i got a bit sick, and i had no energy. i really wanted to workout, but i couldn’t ☹️
day 13: ✅ - i’m still sick, but i feel a but better. i did workout, but i only did 25 seconds per each exercise instead of 50 seconds.
day 14: ✅ - same as yesterday. i love this whole workout so much 😻
day 15: ✅ - today i did 35 second for each exercise!
day 16: ✅ - i'm feeling a lot more better today, so i did the full 7 min workout, and it was really great!
day 17: ✅ - day 17 done, yaaay!!
day 18: ✅ - today i really wasn't in the mood to work out, but i still did it, so i'm proud of myself!
day 19: ✅ - i was really unmotivated today, but i pushed myself through the workout! it burned today sooo badly, i had to take a minute break!
day 20: ❌ - sadly, i couldn’t do it today :((
day 21: ❌ - i started school today after winter break, so i was really tired. i realllyyyy want to continue doing this workout even when i have school, i just always get really tired on the first few days after bigger breaks. i won’t let myself forget about my goal, i will keep doing this workout, even tho i skipped the last two days!
day 22: ✅ - i did it todaay!! i'm glad i can keep doing this even when it's school! i was really excited for the workout today, and it reaalllyyyy burned!! it was really fun!
day 23: ✅ - day 23 doneee! i'm proud of myself for doing this workout for so many days! it is definitely changing my body!
day 24: ❌ - i was really tired, and i fell asleep as soon as i got home, so i couldn't do it :(
day 25: ✅ - i couldn't wait to do this workout today! it was sooo refreshing, and it felt so good!!
day 26: ✅ - my whole body changed SO MUCH since i started this workout!! i feel a lot more confident, and a lot more better mentally! i'm gonna keep doing this workout for as long as i can!
day 27: ✅ - today was really hard for some reason, i had to take breaks between every exercise, but i finished it!
day 28: ✅ - day 28 donee! 🥳
day 29: ✅ - today's workout burned really hard! i enjoyed it so so muuch!!
day 30: ✅ - i was pretty excited to workout, and it was really fun!
day 31: ✅ - i had a hard day today, so i wasn't really in the mood to workout, but i still did it! i can't believe i've been doing this workout for a month now!!!
day 32: ✅ - working out today was really fun!
day 33: ✅ - day 33 done!!
day 34: ❌ - didn’t do it today!
day 35: ✅ - today’s workout felt really good! 😋
day 36: ✅ - my back hurt all day today, so i did 45 seconds each exercise instead of 60 seconds.
day 37: ✅ - my back still hurts, so today i did 30 seconds for each exercise!
day 38: ❌ - i had a headache ALL DAY, so i couldn’t workout :(
day 39: ✅ - sadly my back keeps hurting, so i did 30 seconds each!
day 40: ❌ - i took a rest day!
day 41: ✅ - for some reason, my back still hurts, so i did 40 seconds each. i hope i can get back to doing the whole workout soon!! good news, my stomach IS ALMOST FLAT!!! i am so so so so so happy!!!😋
day 42: ✅ - today i felt like my abs are gonna d1e, and for the first time since doing this, i wasn't feeling very well during and after the workout :( that doesn't mean, that i'm gonna stop!
day 43: ✅ - same as yesterday!
day 44: ✅ - i really didn't want to workout today, but i'm glad i still did it!
day 45: ✅ - day 45, yay!!
day 46: ❌ - i got quite sick, so i couldn't work out :((
day 47: ❌ - i'm still sick, but i can't wait to get back to working out!
day 48: ❌ - same as yesterday
day 49: ❌ - same as yesterday
day 50: ❌ - still sick :((
day 51: ❌ - still couldn’t do it
day 52: ❌ - same as yesterday!
day 53: ❌ - today i wasn’t as sick anymore, but i didn’t want to risk falling back into coughing. hopefully tomorrow i’ll feel even better!
day 54: ❌ - well, i couldn't workout today :(
day 55: ✅ - i could finally do it today!!! 🥳 i'm still sick tho, and i haven't really worked out for more than a week, so i did 30 seconds for each exercise!
