材料:
石斑鱼肉1块(大过手板)
生姜10克,切丝
小葱头2粒,切末
蒜头2瓣,切末
豆瓣酱1勺
糖1茶匙
水适量

大葱1粒,切丝

做法:
1。先将鱼煎至金黄色,盛出备用。

Material:

10 grams ginger, shredded
2 shallots, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced

Practice:
1. Fry the fish until golden brown and set aside.
