I find it odd the way Americans seem to so be embarrassed by the word "toilet". When they need to use a toilet they ask where the "bathroom" is, even if it's a public toilet and they know there will be no bathtub or shower. Kiwis, like the British, would just ask for the toilet.
When I was in high school a classmate who had spent 3 months in America as an exchange student came to a party at my home. She asked me, in a whisper, where the "bathroom" was (in her new faux American accent!) so I directed her to our bathroom. After a few minutes she returned to whisper that was no toilet in there. I replied, perhaps a little unnecessarily loudly, "Oh you want the TOILET? You should have said." She actually blushed, and that was after having spent only 3 months in America. Edit: I did feel a bit mean.

Why did they not include an English lady in this

Just one thing, we Europeans, depending on the country, don´t feel as confortable discussing social classes as the American girl. In general, that´s something you would talk about with relatives, but not with friends. In Germany, Austria, Switzerland, that´s ok. In Spain, for example, is a no go.

As a French, I never saw anybody do 6 kisses on the cheek. The most is 4, and it's already way too much for me, on average it's 2 for most of the population.

Germany has paternity leave up to 3 years if I remember correctly and maternity leave is 7/8 month forced to maternity leave and most of the time aren't even allowed back until the kid is 1 and able to attent Nursery school

Queueing. Everywhere we go in Europe and have to wait in queue even for a few minuets at the tills in the shop a table at the restaurant, hospital A&E or the toilet when there is only 1 or 2 people in front of them even zebra crossings green lights. The people who cause the most drama about having to wait are Americans. The language barrier is always a problem but I saw an American family at a restaurant in Paris demanding a menu in American, the waiter offered to bring the English version but they were adamant it be the American one so they'd understand it.

Hey I'm from Germany and in my company it's the regular rule that fraternity leave is one year. You will get money depending on your salary and it's 66% of your after tax salary. Up to a maximum of 1900 euro per month. And you can split the months how you want it between mother and father. But of course because of breast feeding the child it's common to do 9/3 ratio for the woman.

Now, take six guys and you're going to get very different explanations.

Sorry to debunk this, but I don't think there are any places in France where we do 6 kisses.
I googled it and even found a map about "how many kisses do you give?" and it shows the number ranges from 1 to 4, depending on the region.
Also, the Belgian girl mentioned which side to start on: that's also a regional thing and can be really confusing when someone starts with the "wrong" cheek and goes for 4 kisses (which feels way too long for me) when you're used to only 1 or 2.

It's the results of a bunch of really old tradition, dating back to court ettiquette, when greeting noble women.

Over time it changed, and became the way people greet one another if they are aquainted (family, friends, friend's friend, etc...).

Whilst true that two unaquainted men (and also women now) will go for a handshake, if they are aquainted they also greet with a kiss.

In bourgogne and around Lyon it's generally two, whilst you might see three if you go towards Bordeaux.

Need to correct something tho! 6 kisses in France don’t exist - it’s maximum 4. And in south of France where is 2, men kiss each other especially in Marseille

I don't know if there is a specific law that states the minimum requirement for maternity leave here in italy, but I do know it often depends on the company.
My sister works for a company that will give you a maternity leave from the moment you find out you're pregnant, be it a couple months or literally a couple weeks, until i think 6 months after you had the baby.
It's because she works with lasers though (they're an... esthetic clinic? I think that's the right translation) and a few of heavy mechanisms that could be dangerous to a pregnant woman, so they prefer to just leave them home from start to finish to avoid any lawsuits lmao
