i have received admission from MRU but my PCC date is on 1st September and will be receiving by around 10th September after that i will be able to complete migris form.. after getting migris num i can book for vfs.. so it will be too late.. can we fill migris form without pcc and later add on after receiving the pcc in migris form?? Please highlight ur solution on this
