Crude technique

You better take that silver ring off your finger sir, before your finger falls off.

some of these braided rings are possible to make from only one piece of wire but its darn difficult and only possible with fine silver (999) as sterling work hardens way too fast. Soldering is easier but "cheating" ;-)

I used to do this with yarn, but I've never thought about doing it with wire!

Why do so many non-Americans have Cocaine pinky nails? Do they use them for cocaine? What is the purpose of them?
In the USA, about the only people who have a pinkie finger nail longer than all the others by at least 1/2"/1.8CM, and often upwards of 1"/2.5CM, is because those people use cocaine, and they can dig up a "hit"/"pop" of it with this pinkie nail and thus not have to carry around one more piece of "paraphernalia" (sometimes an additional criminal charge if caught with such an item during a drug arrest), out of ease of use, etc.
