Ответить3 times a day may be overtraining. And unless you're unemployed,underemployed or have tons of extra time daily who can just do this 3x a day?

Edit: day 2 I didn’t have enough motivation. Starting again tomorrow bright and early :)
edit: sooo i had literally no motivation this morning. but i am doing another sport as well so i am being active. maybe i’ll start this again soon

ОтветитьI started with this today. I’m 50…. and exercise sporadically, but I’ve been off for 6 weeks. I found this challenging but in going to do three sets separately throughout the day until I get through to 3 sets easily. I also spend time on the elliptical.
ОтветитьHi. Um 13 yo old and i satrted to do this on January and my legs and arms hurt i can barely walk or crouch to sit down
On the second day ii noticed that my lag muscles been very tight and i can see my belly hasnt chanfed but its feels less fatter
Um gonna do this for 21 days straight just like the video said and i will upload my experiences 😁

3 jan Friday, feeling good. Already started doing pushups and squats before today. Little burn but not really noticeable. Still continue
4 jan sat. My muscles burn today, it's hard to walk actually, really problematic. I decided to let my legs relax and work on my arms, to do push ups and other arm exercises
6 jan mon. I still continue working on my arms as my legs still hurt a bit. It's better, but you'd rather not do those exercises from the video as it was showed. I mean not every day and not immediately at once
8 jan wnsd. I'm doing push ups and some jumps and leg exercises. Feel a bit better. Preparing for the exams btw
11 jan sat. I got Really sad cus i have to work on my exam instead of my body in order not to lose the scholarship
14 jan tue. Did some leg exercises. That day i was really tired. I also did some stretching for my full body
15 Jan wnsd. So, actually it was not like every day because any muscles need to relax, but i can say that my arms and legs became stronger. At this day i can do about 12 knee-push ups and 1 full push up. I think this challenge is not just about growing muscles but also about increasing your stamina. But anyway i recommend not to do it Every day as she said, because again every muscle need to relax from time to time, so it's better to work on certain group of muscles one day, and at the second day work on another group of muscles, otherwise you will just overstretch them and won't be able to continue.
I don't actually like this type of challenges because it's not really comfortable to do the exercises Every day especially when you're female. It's just a kind of a clickbait . It promises to make your body way better than it was in the short time, but it's not actually true.
So i recommend to just remember those exercises and do them when you want and when you're ready for that.

ОтветитьJust a reminder that if you do this, but eat like shit, your body will show that. Most people need around 17ish percent bodyfat to show abs, so you cant just do small workouts like this and then eat a five course meal 3 times a day and expect results. Stuff like 5his takes time, be patient
