Simplest answer is that he can, but he has no real reason to do so. Ignoring the obvious character reason of Ichigo not wanting to lose his powers again (just look at what happened to him mentally the first time he lost them), he has no reason to use it again strength-wise, either; in a power system like Zanpakuto, where your power derives from a true understanding and acceptance of the self, the power of the Final Getsugatensho will never compare to the power of the Horn of Salvation.

Yes. But it’s a last resort and yes the form scales with his current strength so if he used it again it would be stronger. Now there’s not many scenarios where he can one shot his opponent hence why he didn’t even consider it against yhwach

Incorrect the term dangai was used in the anime but not in the manga you can look it up and if you can find the old dvd's disc's of bleach which I had it the term dangai was used

Why would the drawback be the same? Logically, after gaining enough knowledge and experience, can't he learn to use it in a more controlled state which, while still using a massive amount of energy, won't leave him quite as helplessly crippled afterwards? Sorta like Gear Third in One Piece..... but then again, a move like Explosion in Pokemon is gonna drop the user's HP to 0 no matter what, so maybe it could be comparable to that (except with MP instead of HP..... and rather than effecting just current MP, it also drops the max MP down to zero permanently).

I think I remember seeing somewhere that his final getsuga was his letz still. Especially with him being part quincy it worked the same way as when Uryuu used his against Mayuri. Incredible boost in power that erases all of your power afterwards.

He really doesn’t need it because I’m pretty sure true shikai ichigo is the same power level as mugetsu ichigo

Final BanKai Ichigo is his most powerful state considering yhwach with the almighty saw it as a threat and decided to break it a man that powerful who was stronger than any other villain deemed it a worthy threat so in my eyes that means that final bankai is stronger

This technically means Ichigo is the only living being in the verse capable of using it and surviving afterwards since he would just revert back to a normal human after losing his Spiritual Power. If a Soul loses all their Spiritual Power then I’m pretty sure they die as Spiritual Power is akin to life force for them. Makes sense why Engetsu refused to teach Isshin.

While it's a good question I feel the true question was; "Can he do it again without consequences?" I believe no, but have nothing to support my claim. Like another mentioned the technique uses all the power at once. Kinda like Naruto's inner gates there's a point of no return. Can't do a 1/4 or a 1/2, everything in one push.
