For Glitch 9: Theres a useful Blockdash GLitch, and I dont know if it works with the Case, but I use the glitch almost every time with Banana and it works:
YOu gotta throw a Banana, and then if you just jump/click the jump button (kinda right-) before you hit the Banana, you do a Bug Jump, which makes you jump over 2 Blocks!
