TAMA Drums Factory in JAPAN.

We have several TAMA drums at home. My favorite is the starclassic bubinga made in Japan. We also have a s.l.p. woodhoop, is also nice. And we have a star walnut, and something about this one is bothering me. I look at it a bit like in the army. A simple soldier has stripes on his uniform but THE GENERAL wears the medals! And that's it now at TAMA, the expensive high-end drums have a simple sticker under the varnish on the expensive star classic and the expensive star drum kit. It looks like the stripes on a regular soldier's uniform. And then you have the cheaper star classic and the cheaper other models and they have a decent badge such as the medal on the uniform of the general. You can mount this beautiful star badge on the Tama Star reserve snare and it looks great and adds value to the snare drum. It would be great if there was a badge like that on a star drum kit, after all it is your top model and I think the top model certainly deserves this. Now it looks like a Rolls Royce where they forgot to install the Engel.

I own a Tama superstar drum set, and i recently purchased the only Tama 8" tom that was matching my set.
But it's original wrapping was stripped, and the drum was painted blue, and my drum is with original black wrap.
I searched everywhere and couldn't find a matching color.
Wrote an email to Tama europe, no success, wrote an email to Drumeo, in hopes they could help me out, with a contact email address from Tama drums, no success.
Can anyone from the community help me out ?

Okay so, I found a tama b/b lava glass glitter sparkle (24,16,12x7.5, it is made from japan, and I found another Starclassic made from China but the sizes were (22,16 and 12 standard) what is the built quality between China and japan?

If any of you have actually been to Japan you would rather have your drums made by them than anyone in the US, I don't know what all the rave about like US made stuff is, alot of this stuff is really good, people need to stop listening to that shit

i have owned Tama swingstar kit and imperialstar and superstar kit they all is excellent drums i also had slingerland and sonor, Ludwig i have also played on Gretsch but i dont play drums anymore, what is a professional drumkit is it the name on the company or the price my experience is how it actualy performes how consistent it is and in that category Tame is exilent vs ludwig and the other brands if you compare the best Tama has vs the other companis
