ОтветитьI allways buy old tablecloth linnen from the second hand shop, but I also stretch it and paint it. It use to cost 3$
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьIs the gelatine the type used for food?

ОтветитьWhy this one seems different?......all i know is that, you can apply only acrylic or gesso and thats it, you can paint on it already
Ответитьso beautiful! your videos always inspire me to continue pursuing art! 🕊 sending much peace and love
ОтветитьWhat an excellent video! Very different from how I prepare canvas but it is so nice how you prepare your canvas. Thanks for sharing Kseniya!!
ОтветитьLove your videos, thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьHello! :) Great video!
I have a question, is there an age limit at the art academy you attend?
I'm a 35-year-old Chilean and I would love to study there!
Your videos are a great inspiration❤.
Greetings!
You did a good job,and making canvas is a fun thing, as you mentioned 🥰
I have a question: What are the components of the primer?
Hello, thank you very much for this video. I have been looking for different types of preparation for while. Is gelatin used instead of rabbit skin glue?
ОтветитьThank you for your attention to value. Art is indeed about the object. The object supports a demonstration of skill and insight. The continuity of value needs be, so that the object maintains the value of the artist's endeavors.
ОтветитьKöszönöm a filmet.
Jó volt látni az előkészítést is.
It would be more fun to paint a linen dress...
ОтветитьBeatiful prep of canvas just like u ❤
ОтветитьDo you make the primêr and how ?
ОтветитьSalamat po
Ответитьrabbit skin glue
;)
Thank you for the informative video. I'd just like to ask whether you're using oil based or water based primer. If you could elaborate.
ОтветитьThose sharp nails sticking out of the frame, I’ve never seen that before. We used to stretch the canvas over the sides with nails, now it’s done with a staple gun. The nails sticking out look quite dangerous. Gelatin, /Shouldn't the gelatin be more melted?/ gesso – hardly anyone does that these days, but yes, they are the best-stretched canvases, like a drum! It adds quality to the painting. I see progress in your videos, and I enjoy watching the studies from your art school. I finished mine 20 years ago. :) Hello From SLOVAKIA
Ответитьthats so cool!
ОтветитьOh my! You went through all that effort and time — in a pretty formal dress without getting it dirty — only to use a staple gun when stretching the canvas?! For all that work, better conservation and to maintain a high professional look maybe use Black steel tacks.
🤔🤔🤔
Hi, do you use this same process for both oil painting and acrylic painting?
ОтветитьI like you’re ways.
ОтветитьHi Ksy! I discovered your channel recently and I'm loving following your routine at the imperial academy. I'm from Brazil and I admire Russian artists very much, especially their drawings. I'm a dentist but I also enjoy drawing. I would like to know if you're going to make a vlog showing the whole process of a portrait, in real time, during a class at the academy. I find the technique of Russian artists for drawing simply stunning and I would like to understand better how portraits are constructed, the shading, etc.
Thank you for your videos. Greetings from Brazil!
I wanna draw the scenes I read from books but I cant find anything about that .Can you make a video about this ?
ОтветитьYour filming has become more refined. Bravo.
