Great interview! Thank you!
ОтветитьGive me 12 months i bet my story and screenplay gets picked up
Ответитьi can get idea for movie anytime
ОтветитьHe says 'you know' way too much it's insanely annoying.
ОтветитьThis reminds me of the "telephone" game. Sit in a circle with at least five people, whisper one phrase into the ear of the person next to you, see how much the phrase changes by the time it goes full circle.
So you pitch your idea to a creative exec, and he walks down the hall and pitches it to his boss, and so on...
So this is why half the S*** coming out of Hollywood these days is comic book movies. Got it.
please dont pimp masks, they are harmful and the mandates are not illegal.
ОтветитьGreat 👍
ОтветитьI'm a researcher and inventor. 2 or 3 times when I am focused on solving a problem....it comes as a complete movie script in my dreams and I play every charactor so that I can remember it better....complete with at least 1 new invention.
ОтветитьGood criticism is the mirror of an idea in the mind of another individual. You listen to all that and you can learn from it(doesn't matter if you are the richiest screenwriter in the world or the most known).
An idea is an idea until you tell someone about it and then you see what it is and you have to be the psychiatrist but you also have to be the coach and the teacher and the mentor in order to see if they can improve and if you can't take any form of constructural criticism then what the hell are you doing in this line of work in the first place is my question to them.
The guy with the one idea Hmmm maybe you just didn’t get it. 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьWould love to brainstorm with him or anyone. I have journals full of quotes & ideas & now I'm paranoid & stuck :(
ОтветитьWow so awesome what he said about the 100ideas. And yes, its true.
This channel is awesome.
People interviewed
- Love what they do.
-They know what they are talking about.
-They give you references and examples of GOOD stuff to learn of.
-That shows generosity.
-And although they are artists they are not hippies. They learned to be mature and undestand that is a buisiness too.
Thank you
Question for viewers - One or two ideas every week. I write down all the ideas in my mobile/notebook. I wait for week or two. If these ideas keep coming back with some additional progress, I start note down things and make a list of points of characters, story, specific scenes, themes, songs, pitch etc.
ОтветитьYou could have a great idea but the execution as well
ОтветитьI would love to know what the bad idea was and who it was that had it.
ОтветитьVery interesting!
ОтветитьSo wait, he said that the guy who had one idea and trying to push it was bad. Then he said if he has one re-occuring idea that he cant let go off - he knows its a good one? Maybe that guy is just in the same boat, but the movie idea is just not your cup of tea so to say.
ОтветитьWho the fck is this guy!!
ОтветитьI don't think anyone has the same movie ideas that I have
Because mine are things that has happened to me
Things I dream about
Things I wish had happened
And things that will still happen.
Who tf is this guy. Not a single good script
ОтветитьI come up with ideas all day every day. I usually come up with 10-20 ideas per day. Not all of them are good ideas, and not all of them are ideas I'm capable of executing.
ОтветитьLiterally about 10 a week just like him and just Over 50 in a few months lol
ОтветитьIf you’re night invited to the table it’s likely because you’re on the menu.
ОтветитьI get two or three ideas a day. Whether they are viable is another thing.
ОтветитьNot a script writer, but a writer. I don't throw away 99 ideas a day or week, but they do collect dust on sticky notes or on notes pages on my phone that I'll never really look at again.
The ones that have something there never leave your brain, and the note you write is just a formality.
Dude nobody cares about the idea. It’s just recycling same sh*t over and over. Stop talking like screenwriting is a big complicated process. It’s just a transaction.
ОтветитьI have about two film ideas per week. I usually get inspired and write out a brief synopsis and then shelf it.
Ответить¥€$
ОтветитьDont forget that we still like romance ... great oldie type movies...Titantic...Pride and Prejudice...most of the best movies of all time go back many years. Maybe we donnot live in very romantic times, but rest assured a well produced movie bringing out our true human passions and feelings will always be HITS! Of course science fiction movies with reality vision..AVATAR...incredible!... True stories are without doubt great again owing their success to presentation and choice of story.
ОтветитьI have always wanted to see a slave movie with wealthy Blacks during slavery. Yes, there were wealthy Black people, but it's not shown. Show them, kinda like the book Cecile, it was set in year 1813, when she was in New Orleans. She's Creole.
ОтветитьI have insane idea i need to give someone that works for Disney but dont know how
ОтветитьI'm not sure if David Lynch movies can be pitched in three sentences. But then again I'm not so sure if you'd describe them as commercial movies... So he may be right or wrong about that. Idk.
ОтветитьCorrupt Moderators take over stream and streamer knows it but plays dumb. Would love to see that. Group of people playing games with peoples minds..thought that while watching a stream. Trust no one until it’s really earned.
ОтветитьI FEEL LIKE I CAN DO THIS SO EASY BUT I HAVE NO FOOT IN THE DOOR :,,,,,,,( THIS IS MY DREAM!!!!!!!!! TO MAKE MOVIES LIKE SUPERBAD! PINEAPPLE EXPRESS! BRIDESMAIDS! INSIDIOUS! man! that would be so dope i would dedicate MOST of my entire life to making movies no one can predict and fall in love with..... in another dimension i got my lucky oppertunity :) and you got yours ! thnx for reading my nonsense lol
ОтветитьMONEY ! guys MOOOONEY !
Hey guys heard about MONEY guys!?
I’m going to Marshall arts to train for action movies AND go to film school, hope it works.
Ответитьand Quintaria 3 movies and a movie prequil should be by Dominic Homan a Hollywood hit movie series-Movies. 20 years Quintaria an ebook by Dominic Homan.
ОтветитьFrom a purely fast-racking-to-production standpoint, AIP had this down pat: I WAS A TEENAGE WEREWOLF. The title is imagined first as both the thing to excite to the money-deciders as well as the public aka future audience. Story idea and promotion-ability are fused in one stop: The Title is king...BUT, that was then an this is...no longer the same. With exceptions. But I'm thinking about trying to resurrect that AIP approach, sensibilities adjusted, of course. Is it workable?
ОтветитьRead "Save the cat"...
ОтветитьTransparent aluminum make a film about the life of the guy in the star trek clip amd what happens to him after he gets the formula. He would have to tell the world something about how he discovered it.
ОтветитьWriting is agony.
ОтветитьMY VOLUME IS ON MUTE AT THIS TIME IN THE MORNING AND I HAVENT SEEN ALL OF THE VIDEO YET BUT HERE IS AN IDEA OF A MOVIE THAT COULD BE MADE............I WILL TELL IF FROM MY PONT OF VIEW, I AM AN ELDERLY LADY IN MY 70S AND I WOULD LIKE IT IF ONE DAY I WOKE UP AND DISCOVERED MY ENTIRE LIFE WAS JUST A DREAM AND YET, IT WAS REAL AND I WOKE UP IN MY YOUNG TEENAGE BODY. I COULD CHANGE MANY THINGS. I DO KNOW ONE PARTICULAR RELATIONSHIP I HAD I WOULD END IT BEFORE IT GOT STARTED AND ENDED ANYWAY. THIS TIME I WOULD BE THE ONE ENDING IT. APART FROM THAT JUST THINK ABOUT HOW MANY THINGS WE COULD CHANGE IF WE COULD GO BACK TO OUR CHILDHOOD OR TEENAGE YEARS AND START A FRESH AND DO EVERYTHING MUCH BETTER. I DONT THINK THERE IS A MOVIE THAT EXISTS LIKE THIS. I KNOW OF THE MOVIE CALLED "BIG" WITH TOM HANKS, THAT WAS A GOOD MOVIE BUT THATS THE OPPOSITE TO WHAT WHAT IM THINKING OF. THE LEAD CHARACTTER IN THAT MOVIE WAS JUST A BOY AND HE SO MUCH WANTED TO BE AN ADULT AND HE GETS HIS WISH.
ОтветитьI bet that's how the show pawn stars started.
