Eating at Xi'an 西安 | Shaanxi, China Food

Xi'an is a city located in the province of Shaanxi. The flavour of cumin is often prominently featured in Shaanxi cuisine. In Xi'an there is a Muslim Quarter and there you can find many dishes that leverage lamb, beef, and pita bread. It is fascinating to see (and taste) the way two cultures merge in the dishes of this city!
