I am assuming this clip applies to athletes rather than fans and supporters. If your good enough at your sport you will make it irrespective of skin colour. The one thing that holds people back in some sports where equipment and facilities are required to compete is coming from a poor background but that applies equally to all races and colours not just BAME people.
