Even if John said something insulting, I don't think it would be appropriate to say "would you like to apologize" like the host did
ОтветитьSerena is the greatest female player ever but not the greatest tennis player ever. That is a fact otherwise like John said, combine it then that way even trans players can compete on a level playing field.
ОтветитьI think Serena agrees with him 🤷🏼♀️
ОтветитьShe said it herself years later, Look it up!
ОтветитьHearing Serena was born a man and her body index is of a man her hips are not above the belly mens are below i just learned this so i don't know but will be sad if true
ОтветитьThis was the moment they decided to let trans women into sports.
ОтветитьHe actually gave her a lot of credit by saying she would be 700th having not even scored on the 600th.
ОтветитьLet’s straighten it out. How about the four Grand Slams—men's vs women's—each year?
ОтветитьYeah he did answer his question
ОтветитьHes right
ОтветитьThe world is so soft. Nothing he said is wrong.
ОтветитьMcEnroe: 2+2=4
Media: How dare you!
Women and men are different
ОтветитьPeople dont like the truth.
ОтветитьThis is actually nothing to do with Serena, she said herself men are more powerful and she would get beaten by any male player in the top 700 or whatever, it’s these stupid reporters. There is no shame in admitting it, it’s just a simple fact that men are naturally more athletic, that’s why men’s and women’s sports are kept separate l
ОтветитьI respect this so much, he doesn’t let himself get bullied by the attitude of the hosts. «Would you like to apologize»🤦♂️He’s just stating facts, no bad intentions at all.
ОтветитьShe wouldn't even be ranked
ОтветитьHe's factually correct but I think sports is more so about the effort and relative skill, rather than just showing off something youre born with.
Sports is primarily storytelling, and if you just want to see the best performance possible, might as well watch a perfect robot playing. People care for competitiveness, determination, and being the best. Men's and women's sports shouldn't be combined, but just saying men's sports is superior outright isnt correct.
If the men and women played together there would only be men in the professional league thats just a fact
ОтветитьSerena was pregnant. How does a man get pregnant. She has breast and a woman body. Why do y'all call her a man???
ОтветитьI wonder if Charlie Rose apologized to the 8 women who accused him of sexual misconduct?
ОтветитьIf u want an apology then beat the 700th ranked guy otherwise stfu
ОтветитьNorah O’Donnell needs to apologize. Rude and wrong
ОтветитьWow John Macc Erony .
ОтветитьI dont even think she wanted an apology or cares. Serena even said mens tennis is completely different. This is stupid
ОтветитьWhy would he apologize for a true statement. They just like hearing their words coming out of everyone else’s mouths…
Ответить🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 look at her looking at her idiot cards for her que
ОтветитьShe agreed with him. She said Andy Murray would beat her 6-0 6-0
ОтветитьThey want the goat to include men and women but when it comes to actual playing, they want them to be seperate. Make it make sense
ОтветитьThere is the Universal Tennis Ranking…..John is totally correct. This is similar to the “I’m not a biologist”by an educated, smart woman.
ОтветитьThe Karen is still waiting for her apology
ОтветитьJust stumbled on this Interview today and could not believe how Pathetic the CBS team was for it's POMPOUS, unprepared, and unprofessional questions in trying to humiliate John McEnroe! Charlie Rose and that unconscionable HACK Nora O'Donnell have obviously NEVER watched Professional Tennis, Amateur Tennis, College Tennis, or High School Tennis! Do your Homework next time!! No wonder the Media gets has such a BAD image, and reputation!!
ОтветитьMy only problem with McEnroe here is that his answers were meandering and he could’ve gotten straight to the point more directly.
ОтветитьThat panel are either deluded or they have been told to ask stupid questions!
Either way,
I've now have, even more respect for John McEnroe for standing his ground against stupidity!
I see one man trying to have a logical conversation with 3 females
ОтветитьWhy is Gale always the dumbest individual on any panel?
ОтветитьSince when do people need to apologize for stating objective facts?
ОтветитьThat would fix everything even with trans athletes just let everyone play against each other whoever is the best gets the spots
ОтветитьMartina licked every woman she ever played.
Ответитьhis opinion so what! apologies? for what?
ОтветитьTypical Delusional Left CBS. All morons
ОтветитьWe still have freedom of speech in this country, but we just have to apologize for half the things we say apparently because somebody doesn’t like it or somebody is offended over almost everything. Some people are so damn sensitive and act like children on a playground.
ОтветитьWilliams brothers.
ОтветитьSerena is on a talk show talking about how she would be crushed 6-0 6-0 6-0 in about 10 minutes by a leading male player, but she sent a nasty message to John about his comments.
ОтветитьMac was spot on
ОтветитьIt was necessary because it is true.
ОтветитьSerena on her best day would not win a set against the best boys high school player in America.
ОтветитьLol. One of the handful of moments, Is which are growing since the recent election, That shows Norah is a piece of work. Is let alone a lot of media.
Good for john... What's wrong with what he said?. Is even Serena said she couldn't compete against The top male tennis player.. acknowledging there is a difference
Mr. McEnroe needs to fact check his[story] with regard to women of color who played professional tennis and the news station anchors should’ve corrected him.
Facts: With their combined numbers of tennis grand-slam singles titles and grand slam numbers in doubles, few could deny that Venus and Serena Williams are the greatest sibling act in professional sports in the modern era. But they weren’t the first women of color and sisters to dominate the sport of tennis. That accolade goes to the Peters sisters, Roumania and Margaret, who, from the late 1930s to early 1950s, dominated the doubles events held by the American Tennis Association, the nation’s oldest black sports organization to include women. The career of the Peters sisters casts a fresh light on the rarely explored world of women’s sports in the segregated Jim Crow era.
Then there was Ms. Ora Mae Washington, once known as the ”Queen of Tennis” From 1924 to 1937, Ms. Washington played in the American Tennis Association (ATA); and,
We need not forget Ms. Althea Gibson (1927-2003). The Venus and Serena Williams before there were Venus and Serena Williams.
Ms. Gibson was the first woman of color to win a Grand Slam tennis event—she captured the singles crown at the French Championships (now the French Open) in 1957.
Let us never forget those who came before who paved the way for future generations.
