1. First contact
When you contact the clinic, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements

2. Arrival at the clinic
We aim to make you comfortable and offer you coffee to put you at ease

3. Consultation
Dr John Quinn will have an informal chat to review your medical history and any medications in case this has a relevance to potential treatment. We will discuss previous treatments and how you felt about the results. After this, the consultation will cover why you came to the clinic and what you are looking for. The discussions will include any potential procedures including side effects and costs.

4. Treatment
After consultation, some patients proceed there and then, but many won't, preferring to review their information at home and perhaps arrange a separate appointment if they wish to go ahead.
