hmm, subwoofers should be put together as one block (left, middle or right) otherwise you'll get severe bass cancel-out at every spot of the room except the very middle plane!

we host an open mic every Friday, but really struggling with Sound.

So you are going from the main outputs L/R straight into the subs L/R then into the top speakers L/R?

Subwoofer better on floor not up in stage

This is a shot setup. No EQ, No compressor, No crossover, NO Maximizer. So you need learning more before you show up or sharing

And still with the subwoofers on either side of the stage.... Better hope no one's sitting off axis.

I like using passive stagemonitors more because there you don't have to worry about all the extra powercables

And I bet it had bunch of mud in the mix. Lol I would run left and right on my main and the subwofferes as a bus on post fader take off the low ends from the main 100 and highs mids from the sub 100

ya definitely want to get those tops out from under that canopy.  That's going to dull the sound.

Setup looks like a snake pit. Just use non powered speakers, 3 light weight amps, a mixer, a feedback eliminator, power and light conditioner, patch bay all in one cabinet. Your system takes too long to set up and break down.

The top end from the top boxes is going straight into the inside of that marquee. All the speakers would be better on risers out front.

Amps are made light weight now no more heavy CROWNS or PEAVEY amps. I would prefer amps to powered speakers for live, too many cables on the floors (snake pit).

those ipad things scare me, what if a drop of rain lands on it or a bit of beer and suddenly it slides the controls up , the venue fills with 5k of feedback and you are frantically trying to wipe off the screen which just messes up every possible setting. is there a system with a remote that has physical controls at least for the mix ?

Here is a Top tip! Take stickers of the front of the speaker grills, looks lazy and untidy.
