Love all forms of golf content but this is just professional, realistic and in some way confronting given my own mental issues for pushing myself too hard. Thank you for talking so openly about how to prevent it as role models and hope it will prevent a lot of people to struggle mentally in the future.

What an incredibly cool thing it is to see someone you've always thought of only as a bulletproof, Rambo, beast of an athlete, and realize they're real people, with dreams and aspirations outside the game. The latest neck injury is painful to all of us, especially going for the 50th cap, but it's great to know that Rams is emotionally and mentally solid, and one day will look back on it from the cockpit and think "Oh well, it got me in this seat faster." Great stuff Iona. Thank you!

A very enjoyable video - Stuart comes across as a very grounded, humble and articulate sportsman - he seems to really recognise his good fortune in having been able to pursue his sport to an elite level. Great that he has a plan for post-rugby too, and good luck to him with that!

I just want to point out that mental issues are not exclusive to professional sportsmen / women. Amateur sports persons can face similar issues with little support.
