I feel like this video is taking so long for you just to get to the point not trying to be mean or anything
ОтветитьThey should be just a sub-brand of Kobalt with compatible batteries.
ОтветитьVince, Flex should do like DEWALT, MILWAUKEE does have a sale on their power tolls let's say $99. 00 power drill Flex drill with battery and charger or Flex torque wrench with battery and charger $99.00. DEWALT AND MILWAUKEE have them all the time with HD, that's what I do when Home Depot puts them on sale. Maybe I miss the sale with Flex Tools. Vince, glad to see u.Take care. God Bless
ОтветитьIt’s nothing personal to FLEX but most guys in the trades are already used to and committed to other brands
ОтветитьI wish I can get my time back. This was a waste of energy.
ОтветитьI think FLEX has great tools …. Price has always been my issue with the brand . I use 4 other brands of battery tools that offer better value for how I use tools . Most of them I can get 2 or 3 tools for what FLEX wants for 1 tool and battery…..Battery prices is what look at when comparing and considering a battery tool , some tools I will only buy if it’s corded . A $150 to $300 battery tool becomes very expensive if you have to buy 2 or 3 more batteries over the life of the tool at $125 to $250 each .
ОтветитьI'm in the flex line. Got the deal of the impact and hammer drill combos for 100 each through Acme Tools 2 years ago on black Friday. Beast mode tools
ОтветитьIf anyone is worried about Flex's warranty. Trust me. Busted saw - replaced. Busted grinder - replaced. I am rough on tools. It's real guys. I cannot damage the recip saw. That thing is impossible to overuse. It's probably the toughest tool I have ever used.
Ответитьclik bait shit you fool...I dont trust anything you say now .... bye to you!
ОтветитьMisleading video.
ОтветитьHey great vid man you had me worried there for a sec😅😅
ОтветитьTheir tools are amazing
ОтветитьKinda hard to just give up on $2000 or more on DeWalt and Milwaukee tools that I put into and go with another brand just saying
ОтветитьI'm out. Clickbait sucks!
ОтветитьAgree!! Clickbait
ОтветитьI'm glad. I wanna switch from Milwaukee to Flex. They will help me in the commercial hvac field greatly both in sheet metal and service work.
ОтветитьThey need a laser level
ОтветитьThey are still overpriced. Not sure how this company is making money off these tools.
ОтветитьAny upcoming vids on new ego tools from equip 2024?
ОтветитьThe problem with Flex Tools is their brick and mortar partner LOWES, not the tools themselves! I have Flex tools (I'm not brand loyal, I have some DeWalt 20v, Milwaukee M12 (more on that later), Makita, Metabo HPT 7 1/4" miter saw (with adapter), Kobalt, Ridgid, Bosch, IOW whatever works), and Flex tools are great!! All tool brands have problems (my brother's crew uses DeWalt 20v, and I'll be honest, the DeWalt FlexVolt batteries do not last long (BTW, abusing tools on my brother crew is a fireable offense, so the tools are NOT abused), BUT, Flex DID hurt themselves with the leaking Phase Change gell on the batteries). BTW, if you have leaking Flex batteries that still take a charge and are not beat up, send them to me (they DO clean up and still work)!!! :) If people are still mad at the roll out advertisement for Flex, you should be even more angry at Milwaukee and the way the paid influencers (and their bad habits and dumb tests) have hyped up their cordless tools so bad that you almost can't take the to a job or jobsite without them being stolen! Keeping one eye on a tool to prevent them from being stolen and trying to concentrate on the job is not the way to go!
ОтветитьClickbait 🚧🚧🚨
ОтветитьFlex isn’t readily available in my area so I don’t buy because I can’t. I’m not into ordering online meaning if I can’t touch it I’m not buying it. However flex could replace my dewalt and Milwaukee tools and I could be their rep in my area. Being a mechanic by day and a carpenter on nights and weekends I see what my friends buy after they come play in my garage. Only downfall would be the decrease in sales Milwaukee and dewalt would have. So flex here’s your chance to get into hands of carpenters that haven’t even heard of your name yet.
ОтветитьSo... Why is it that they can't simply offer their reciprocating saw with a stacked lithium battery? It's the only major tool I'm missing, and I've been waiting months for them to include the stacked lithium battery. I refuse to pay full price for their old battery tech, especially after the black goo issues. They need to do a re-release that completely centers around their stacked lithium stuff, and they need to further extend their lifetime warranty again. That warranty is more than half the reason I chose Flex over Milwaukee. If they are just going to screw over the small fan base they've accrued thus far, I'll find it difficult to continue my support for them.
ОтветитьThat those new framing guns that just came up it might be the game changer for this brand
ОтветитьIm about 90% flex. I have almost everything up until its most recent tools and about 15 batteries. If a 12" miter and 10" table saw want to replace my metabos i wouldnt complain.
ОтветитьIs this a "Flex" ad? Sounds like a lengthy ad for a dubious health supplement. Very disappointing.
ОтветитьGood video events I just did a walk through today in Orlando it's for sale as well as their framing gun, made a live video todsy
ОтветитьNice,clickbait..unsubbed
Ответитьalmost had me there
ОтветитьFlex just dropped some cordless polishers. If you’re into detailing…you know this is huge news as Flex has been an elite player in the car detailing space for decades, especially in Europe.
ОтветитьUnsubscribed from this , not the channel I thought this was .
ОтветитьI don't even need to watch the video. if Vince is saying goodbye to Flex, for whatever reason, then I don't want anything to do with that tool line. I guess I'll keep looking for a tool brand to invest in.
ОтветитьFlex is too big to fail man, what are you talking about Vince? They are already bigger than TTI bro.
ОтветитьI have been a Hardcore Skil tools man since the late 1970s. My first Skil tool was the circular saw (7 1/2", Model 5150), which was destroyed when my house's garage was flooded. I purchased a Skil M12 (12 Volt) combo set two years ago and learned it isn't powerful enough for specific tasks around the house. I will try Flex Combo 24 Volt Battery tools in their combo set. It seems to me their tools are built with quality in mind. As you mentioned, they are reading/listening to what their customers want, i.e., a power adapter (AC to DC).
Moreover, they offer a lifetime warranty on their brand. That right there sealed the deal with me. This old timer is sick of cheap plastic tools, and they're terrible for our environment. We are finding microplastics in the fish we eat and water, too. If you think I am bullshitting you, have a blood test to see what I am talking about. That's why I only drink from glass bottles.

ОтветитьClickbait worse than the Phillies 2024 postseason!
ОтветитьBottom line, they haven’t been around long enough or been in the hands of enough trades people. It took me nine years to purchase a Milwaukee tool after they launched M18. I liked Milwaukee tools before and I really wanted to get that V28 set they just released but I couldn’t afford it at the time and then they killed that lineup and started M18. I didn’t know why they went backwards from 28 to 18 V and I thought those batteries looked weird and I didn’t trust them anymore so I thought Makita is the only way to go. This was 2007 and I didn’t purchase my first Milwaukee M 18 until 2017 10 years After they launched M18 because I saw other guys using them and they put them in the supply houses to try out on barbecue events. They just released the fuel line and I bought a Sawzall and a drill, which I still have today, little by little I started collecting more of their tools. So maybe if they’re still around and going strong in 2030 I might consider picking up a flex drill or something.
ОтветитьMetabo is what flex should be. I love how well made the flex tools are but the so are metabo and look at all the options for tools. And the adapter for 120v works on just about everything. The Hitachi merger only made things better and gave them more exposure to the American market.
ОтветитьFlex can come out with most power and all but the trades full of guys with other brands already and probably wont switch from milwaukee, makita or dewalt which have been around way longer and proven track record
ОтветитьHow long do you think we will have to wait for a Flex Track Saw?
ОтветитьNice one Vince! Hello Flex 2025! Im a Dewalt platform guy but I might just pick up a Flex Impact with the new Lith Stack 2.0 for Christmas. One thing thats always intrigued me is the collet eject button that some of their impacts have. I swap a lot of bits in my line of work and wonder how handy that would be.
ОтветитьI could care less! I use and own Milwaukee power tools.
ОтветитьWe still have to wonder about how long Flex will be at Lowe's. Maybe the reset that's started in the power tools will give us a clue. One of my Lowe's was doing a reset last Monday with a full reset crew. We'll see what happens
ОтветитьI remember black goo leaking from batteries - fun times!
ОтветитьFLEX is alive😊👍💪 great story telling.
ОтветитьVince is a paid actor.
ОтветитьFelt like an affiliate link infomercial.
