Just bought new laptop to play this game! Will be playing it in 7 days! Really hope devs are rewarded with swarms of new customers and returning customers to make this profitable and encourage other devs to follow suit with such expansive content!

I was reading the chat comments on the stream, a lot of jokes and comparisons to other lesser games. After 15 minutes, the chat log was all in and salivating for Starfield.

I have NEVER watched a gameplay showcase more than 3 times. I’ve easily watched this Starfield showcase more than 20 times and it hits different every single time. I can’t say for sure until I play it, but this seems like it could be the best game I’ve ever played.

Less then 10% of life thru out the entire game ( solar systems ) yea I’ll wait a couple of weeks for reviews

Looking at New Atlantis in particular my immediate worry is how much of those huge vertical buildings are explorable.

I've never been a gamer, never played any video games since PS1/maplestory days 20ish years ago, never was interested in gaming either, but I'm now so excited to play this game. Already bought Xbox X and an expensive 1440p screen just for this lol.

I'm excited to see what kind of funny bugs will be in the game. loved to weird things that happened in skyrim, like a dragon falling out of the sky dead in front of whiterun for no reason

What they're showing is really nice, but what I love is that there's a great framework for cool things you can add to the game in DLC, new character backgrounds or traits, new skill abilities. New Missions or locations. It's sure to be a GOTY game so I'm expecting even more content I can interact with through replays. This feels like a day-one purchase for me.

Stop comparing this to mass effect those games play very different from each other.

I've been waiting for this game my entire life.

With the animals, they confirmed there will only be life on around 10% of planets. The game goes for a more realistic approach with animals made as if they were natural inhabitants of their planets, rather than the No Mans Sky creatures that are just random and everywhere.

I love the fact that all the planets apart from a few locations are procedural so No one's game will be the same. That will include your own when you start over. The story will change with every playthrough depending on how you play.

If this comes out at the "wrong" time, my mid-terms could suffer horribly.

Just realized that the "Alien floating rings" are probably used to get powers like Skyrim's dragon souls and the word walls
