Thank you for sharing that Chef! I share a similar connection through food with my Oma (Grandma) that it seems you did with your mom. She taught me a lot about cooking and caring for our large family through food. I also really like what you said " love in a to go box" cause that is always how I cook, way to much. Thank you.
