Love your style of teaching, your calm voice, your explanation of what is happening, and it is nice with no background music or intro or outro music! Would love a few more quiet minutes at the end to slowly get over to turn my phone up before the next video starts!

I really appreciate the silence during the postures, it let's me relax in the moment, and the cold water visualisation helps a lot, as I can't stand warmth during migraine attacks. Question, are you familiar with tinnitus, maybe, and could those relaxing practices be used for tinnitus relief, I mean as far that's possible...? Or do you happen to have another appropriate class for tinnitus relief? That would be great :) Thanks in advance xx

ОтветитьThank you so much, I like this type of exercise and I will look for more like these, as I suffer from head (tension headaches) and neck pain ( pinch nerve influenced ) , every little bit helps. 🙏
ОтветитьI didn’t have a wall I could do at the end that was close enough so I used a block under my lower back area. I believe that would be the same?
