When does Cyberry 2025 come out please. Many things are going into next year already and I really need next year’s planner.

Thank you for your nice cozy videos, I really enjoy them, I’d like to ask as I’m still new to making planners on Affinity Publisher (it’s like InDesign somehow), and I’d like to know how long it might take to finish 2025 planner (with/without daily pages), coz I’d like to plan it out, but I’m not sure, so I’d like to know how long it may take to get done with a full yearly planner? I've been trying to contact you through help desk, email, Instagram and messenger for two days and I haven’t heard back yet and my problem still hasn’t resolved. I purchased the Undated Daily Teacher Digital Planner and I was supposed to get 7 covers. And this file is missing. It's not OK to write something in the "things you'll get" list and then not deliver it. And also it's not ok to not address an issue when a customer is trying to contact you. So, I'd like this issue resolved as soon as possible please. Thank you in advance.
