Your sir are a man after my own heart...I've watched a lot of these tiny home videos and shows but this took my breath away..lovely.
As a owner of some cats I'm always looking for a tiny home that can accommodate pets..I have yet to see one that has a catio...that would be awesome..that way they have their own space and you have yours...I realize that doing this means your tiny house could not be mobile but I would love to see this done...

For 115,000 on this design, that's incredible!! I love it! His work ethic and expertise in everything he puts his mind to is absolutely amazing. The amount of knowledge and experience it takes for one person to put all of this together by hand... just wow!!

You can sure tell how much thought went into the design. Also, the quality and craftsmanship are top notch.

I love this but how does it hold up in high winds

This cottage is absolutely stunning! I will be getting a tiny home soon and so far yours is the best! The Bosch appliances are top notch.

This is a beautiful home (fyi, listed for 115k on website) - but what I loved the most was Master Craftsman Dave and his obvious sense of caring and pride for his work - it was heartwarming!

Simply stunning build! Everything about this custom design is so incredibly well done. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail is fully evident in this build. The thought given to recognizing what's important in FT tiny living, is seen with clever, ample storage & beautifully designed features.The kitchen pot rack, magnetic knife holder & hanging utensil rack, the chalkboard mail/keys rack are those little details with utilitarian charm that add so much warmth to the space. Love the high end finishes all around- from windows, appliances, the use of top
brand unique fixtures - this is so important & not a place to cut corners, especially in a tiny home where replacement can be more challenging. Glad to see the stackable W/D; all in one units are typically noisy & impractical for some people.
Several questions; do you utilize a whole house water filtration system & ductless heat recovery air exchange system- important for humidity control?
Does the bedroom have a separate mini split? It would seem that area would need its own unit.

Love the dragon flys on the kitchen cabinets. Thanks for showing us your build. It's absolutely beautiful.
