Bystanders need to STOP interference when an arrest is being made. Before they issue a license nowadays, people should be required to complete a class, and be tested on , certain topics, which explain that -
1. If issued a lawful command by a Police Officer, you MUST COMPLY, and do what they say, regardless of whether you believe that you did anything wrong, or not.
2. If you don't agree with a citation, being, stopped, questioned, detained, or any action by a Police Officer, you COMPLY, and address your grievance IN COURT, not by the side of the road.
3. People should ACTUALLY have to know their basic Rights, and obligations, and be tested before a Driver's license is issued..
4. You MUST identify yourself if required by law, upon request from a Police Officer --If driving, you MUST present your Operator's license, if in public, you must verbally give your Full legal name, DOB, and address in some States.
5. You are Never allowed to physically resist a LAWFUL command , even if you don't understand why it was issued, or you don't know the law.
This would clear up 90 % of the nonsense that we witness on these Body - Cam videos.

In the incident where the young woman walked away from a Traffic Stop -- even if you believe it was not a Traffic Stop, you must Stop anyway when a Police Officer yells at you to Stop -- they are allowed to stop and question you,; even if you are just walking down the street. So she has NO DEFENSE for not stopping.

The young Black female who was stealing from Walmart, told the Police Officer ' I don't go to Jail " -- Who does she think she is - Donald Trump??
