Recipe:
-2-3 Potatoes
-60g Cornstarch
-Salt as needed
Peel the potatoes, chop roughly. Cook for 15-20 minutes and then mash in a bowl. Add cornstarch, salt and knead briefly to form a firm dough. Put the mixture in a sealable bag, roll flat and place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan to 160°C. Cut the fries into thin strips. Fry until golden brown. Sprinkle some salt on top and your done.
