I am curious how shorter trumpets might effect stand-off etc, a lot of cars don't have space for the long trumpets...... interesting video, thank you..
ОтветитьNice, was gonna say would love to see a manifold shoot out.
ОтветитьGood work :) y penguin motors as the name ???
ОтветитьFinally!!
ОтветитьLet's see what she does on 48sp's
ОтветитьHave you tested inlet valves that are completly flat on the port-side? The book on pinto engines by David Vizard states this works well. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьNice work and result ... manifolds yes good idea !
ОтветитьAll great videos Graham
ОтветитьHi Graham. I've got a set of 48's on a 2.1 pinto. I know availability is the sticking point but I would love yo see a comparison on the larger engine.
ОтветитьI'm liking this channel
ОтветитьAlmost getting impressed with the 166hp on this old junk :D
ОтветитьThis upcoming exhaust test is going to be what makes me broke because now I’m going to have to swop out my old log for whatever this ballie says is best
ОтветитьNice. What chokes on the 40DCOEs and 45s?
ОтветитьGreat vid, really interesting stuff. I'd love to see what result could be had from a single 45 on a lynx manifold compared to twin 40's.
ОтветитьGreat video Graham, thanks for spend time and effort in yours videos.
Can you say which type of emulsion tube an jetting uses on 45s.
Thanks again.
Would love to see a video on setting up bike carbs on a pinto and them compared to Webbers!
ОтветитьHave you tried a zetec head on a pinto I can get it out of my head
ОтветитьGreat video. What jetting were you running on the 40s? Understand that different engine may require different jetting, just interested to see and could be good for a starting point. Thanks.
ОтветитьCan you do a comparison between bike carbs vs Weber dcoe carbs? Something like r1 vs 45dcoe?
ОтветитьNice . I'm enjoying watching all the tips you give
ОтветитьWould you be able to do run with twin 32/36 carbs???
ОтветитьI've watched your channel on the pinto engine I love these engines looks like you know about them as a comparison I wondered what degrees you have your ignition timing set at thanks
ОтветитьI remember having 40 dcoes on 38mm chokes (machined out 30s). Was expecting it to be terrible and was really tractable.
Went to 45s on 36 chokes and lost power.
