Racist as hell!! You forgot to mention it !!!!
ОтветитьThat place is crowded and im always aware of my surroundings just like many other places,i visited there once but its still beautiful🌟
ОтветитьI'm so conflicted, my friend lives in Krugersdorp and she says that she just wants to get out of there. Maybe it's just the area? But every time I travel back to SA I don't see or experience issues. I only experience really caring people and although they're cautious. I just see them living their lives. I dunno, perhaps it's just her situation and perspective.
I love SA and I'm from Jozi, Mzanzi and I've always felt at home there. Confused 😕
Jhb as a part of Europe compared to other Cities in Africa.
ОтветитьLooks like a s hole
ОтветитьChat gpt loves the word tapestry 😂
ОтветитьSick content!
ОтветитьWow this video made me consider just for a second to visit. I won’t but well played to you sir.
Ответитьai bra hows the jol looking in fourways there china
ОтветитьI left in 1979.
Worked at The Star Newspaper in Sauer street.
Never want to go back.👎🇬🇧
I lived 4 increasible years at Capetown. Visited joburg twice, founded very scary !
ОтветитьThis was very intresting and informative, but the repeated use of the same images (numerous times!) made me wonder what you are not showing us.
Ответитьa millennial video. Stock footage and narration that sounds like it's made by AI. 6 minutes wasted.
ОтветитьRubbish!
ОтветитьBlinded...by his own bullshit!
ОтветитьWell this makes it even more bittersweet... the cultural richness and amazing and inspirational energy that lurks all over the country that doesn't get to fully bloom... what a powerhouse of a country south africa could be if it weren't for the utter and complete political incompetence and corruption and demented violence happening in the country...
ОтветитьWhat about crime?
ОтветитьNever had positive experiences with white south africans esp here in Australia.
ОтветитьJohannesburg is a sh*thole all people had to do was maintain infrastructure but no the language they know is destroy
ОтветитьI traveled to Johannesburg last year, and stayed in Parkhurst & and Faerie Glen. It was like heaven for me as a Black American. I had zero problems and residents of all races welcomed me. The South Africa crime thing is overblown by American media. I never forget bringing up that issue with a young Afrikaaner on a Gautrain bus in Sandton. He was dressed in a suit going to work. I said Joburg has a reputation of being dangerous. He's like huh? What reputation Sure there's some dodgy areas to avoid, but everywhere is like that. Let people continue to fear South Africa. That just means more opportunity for people like me that want to invest in that country at bargain rates.
ОтветитьPropaganda to lure tourists
ОтветитьWhy it looks like oslo wide streets low density of ppl
ОтветитьI lived in Hillbrow (Kapteijn Street) in 1983-84, during Apartheid, and worked at the Carlton Hotel. The country back then, and also Jo'burg were pretty boring to me. Everything was closed on sunday, even the movie theaters. There wasnt much going on on weekends. Being used to the vibrant life in Berlin, Germany, I left again after a year. I was surprised at how negatively the media in Germany reported about RSA when I came back. Most of what was reported was untrue. It was quite an experience for me at age 19 and something I will never forget.
ОтветитьGod gave me the name of this city in the middle of the night
I had no idea where it was. What continent what country
So I looked it up
It says that it looks like a beautiful city
However
God is showing me that his chosen who he has called by his name
He wants them to flee from the city
He is not pleased with how the people of this beautiful city have forgotten the poor
They have made idols out of their wealth
And most of all forgotten him
He wants the all of the people of this city to change and repent from their ways and come back to their first love, which is him
If not, the alternative is judgment and this great city he will remove himself from. It will be great no more.
Jesus🔑
It seems the white south africans dont like or tend to avoid walking in in the CBD area in johannesburg , pretoria and any major cities !!
i watch all the asmr video of CBD area of major cities in south africa and i dont see any white people walking arround the CBD
You will meet the white people once you arrived in the suburbs or in some restaurants and good quality hotels
I think it might be better for me to go back to Poland if I only learned the language . But still, U.S.A is my adopted home, even if I was born there. I feel more comfortable if I lived with the Native Americans.
ОтветитьNotwithstanding all the social challenges, I prefer Joburg to Cape Town. CT is too touristic for me.
Ответить"Diverse communities" where have i heard that 💩 from 😂😂
It doesnt work !
Thoughts on a female traveling alone? I have a few friends who want me to visit them out there but I’m extremely skeptical flying by myself. I’ve traveled to sketchy places in South America but it was easier to blend for I speak Spanish. I appreciate your feedback on your experience!
ОтветитьNot from Johannesburg.. born and bred in Gqeberha..I've lived in Johannesburg for uni..Johannesburg is not my cup of tea but a great place to study.
ОтветитьMy goodness your accent screams a Joburger.
ОтветитьApartheid time South Africa was much much safer.....
ОтветитьNo thank you - there is a reason the whole country is trying to move to CPT.
ОтветитьApoyo el amor y la pasiòn que sientes por tu paìs: a mi me pasa algo similar con el mìo.
Saludos desde Argentina
Come to kenya let me know
ОтветитьMy own safety is paramount. You can enjoy yourself in other places without the risk.
ОтветитьIDK but i feel that this video needs more info about this place, Cheers!!
Ответить"Ever changing" skyline? I left there almost 44 years ago, and it is still pretty much the same skyline. The streets have become filthier, and the buildings and infrastructure appear decrepit.
ОтветитьI have met and know so many South Africans living here in the uk because they didn’t feel safe in South Africa.
ОтветитьI was born here. My parents relocated to england and I have never heard anything good from my family about South Africa.
ОтветитьI am living in Jozi!! Great city!!🇿🇦❤️
ОтветитьI will check baxk in 10 years if it is safer, then will cosit
ОтветитьHi, Need some info, my sister is moving to South Africa. She’s considering these below places:
1. Randburg
2. Craighall
3. Jans smuth avenue
Are these neighborhoods safe and good for a family?
I'm 34 and have lived in Joburg all my life. To be honest, does anyone who lives in jhb even go to the original CBD? I haven't been there in years because it isn't necessary. Sandton replaced the CBD and there's really no need to ever go there. I went to WITS and even then I didn't go into the cbd. I feel jhb isn't that CBD. There's way more to it.
Ответитьcould you interview a woman as well?
ОтветитьIs it safe for non-black minorities ? Where I'm from, blacks are very racist and supremacist and it's almost impossible to live there without fearing for your life on a daily basis.
ОтветитьBasically, watch your back constantly while trying to enjoy Johannesburg.
ОтветитьJo'burg is the scariest place I've ever lived lol
ОтветитьWhy dont the people vote in someone to control the crime?
Ответить
