“7 Fates: Chakho” is a story of seven men who are bound by fate to rid their community of “monsters.” It is described as an urban fantasy story inspired by the Joseon Dynasty’s tiger-hunting officers called chakhogapsa. It will be set in a city in the near future where these seven boys overcome several hardships and grow together

During olden times, South Korea used to be home to a huge population of Siberian tigers that would attack communities and strike fear among the powerless residents. To save these people in misery, as a response, King Sejong formed the Chakhogapsa or the tiger hunters, special forces which had extraordinary hunting skills, in 1421. The global K-pop superstars will be portraying the role of these warriors.

This video is stunning visually but I still think one of their best BU videos to date is the BTS Universe Story video. The cinematography in that is so beautiful, I hope you react to it!!

Really the whole concept is so cool and I hope the story is well written. (I’ve read some incredible AUs, ones that just blew me away with the story lines and world building, so I feel like I have a high bar set haha) But I LOVE the visuals so far. And the story idea!. I honestly think they should make a series of short films to go along with the webtoon! I hope that’s what they did.

They have released individual videos of themselves explaining the 7FATES . And as usual they always never disappoint. 2022 will be the new chapter of BTS.

I don't know about it being related to their comeback, but the Chakho project is a "HYBE" project rather than a "BTS" project. It's one of the four integrated story projects announced (one for each of the groups attached to the HYBE music label - BTS, TXT, ENHYPEN, and their yet-unnamed girl group) at their community presentation. While TXT and ENHYPEN's stories are tied to past content they've made, and their comebacks within the past year, it's yet unclear whether BTS's Chakho is going to be attached to any of their future content or whether it will be its own thing, since they already have the BTU.

As someone who didn't become a fan until 2019, trying to play catch up especially with the bangtan universe story was ALOT of work. I'm super excited to be with them for the start of a new storyline, watch the magic unfold in real time. I have a feeling us fans are gonna be super busy in 2022.

Not only a webtoon but web novel as well.... This will replace or come together with the bang universe..... This is the new beginning q new chapter of their storyline that will run throughout their works of art, music and so on.... instead of it being called the BU its now 7fates and the chakho is this chapters title.

I love how there was STILL a nod to ARMY here, even though it's for a fictional BTS universe! Galaxies or groups of bright lights that look like stars nearly always represent ARMY. He placed the light over his heart and it exploded into a galaxy <3

I don't know about this specific film but BTS mostly does go to sites, do stunts and use minimum green screen with very few exceptions like Idol music video.
