The quick disconnect cover closes in the opposite direction for protection. While downward closing, the door is facing the full force of 33 Raptors at full throttle, fighting against this action. The door should close from the pad upwards, and not down. This would properly put the door in position for protection.

I'm being a bit picky, but enclosing the QD in a metal box is something SpaceX should be able to do.
