ОтветитьI really want to like this channel, but besides the jarring English, there are just way too many errors in this video. The whole video feels like a mashed up reading of machinery brochures without any comprehension of the actual work. Also, a lot of North American and European machines and techniques are shown as if they work together, while they are in reality working vastly differently. I know that this knowledge is hard to come by from the internet, but this video doesn’t do it any justice.

Viaduct is assential part of HSR, it is highly used by China and now in India.

and btw, there is also a "train", that moves continually, that replaces the rails, the slippers, removes the bed, whash it(and adding some new) and then laying all these things back in place

ОтветитьI work for 7 years now (and not for long anymore) for one of the most important compagny of this business of building that type of train and I learned more on the way that a tamping machine is working with your video than in my company on 7 years, even if I worked only on that type of contruction/renovation trains.
My chef team asked few times for a budget to go on a trip on restoration work site to see our work doing is job, be able to understand why some things have to be done in a specific way, etc. Always denide... "we can see it working next to the halls" but only tamping so I still don't know all other fonctions are working.
Good products, compact compare to some seen on your video, clearly one of the leader of this market but I let you imagine the inside with the previous paragraph and the fact I'm not going to exceed 7 years here.
At least, it has not a direct impact on the good functioning of the products.
I'm wondering about modern tracks that are welded together, how they prevent the track from bending when it expand in really hot day?

That said , Like the Railways in General , New videos can be made to the Absolute beginings of a Railway Construction , ie Excavation of rali land in first video , then Either old wooden sleepers being pulled up ! ( Next video New slepers being laid( next video) old Rail track being pulled next video new Railt rack being laid ( next video ) Welding of rail next video old Ballast being pulled uo ( next video ) new ballast Being wahed and relaid mnext video ) etc etc etc Next Videos ) So if a you tube person is wanting to see something Specific and in more Detail then hopefully thst is Given to them , also the people that laid the Original Track woukd have Certainly Dreampt ! Of having Equipment like this back then !

ОтветитьThis may well be an advertisement for Plasser & Theurer ;-) But of course there are other manufacturers of railway machinery besides them. They are the market leader, though.
